I♥PH long distance telephone service allows you to make unlimited calls and at the same time gives you unparalleled savings.
• How does the service work?
The US / Canada based Party make calls from the USA or Canada to the Philippines by dialing the LAN associated to the Philippine PLDT number.
• How many Philippine numbers can I call using my LAN?
You can only call one Philippines number with your assigned LAN. However you can change this number once every month, every first day of the month (Philippine Local Time).
• How many accounts can I register?
You can register as many accounts as you want.
• How do I register for a I♥PH account?
- Call our I♥PH Hotline and our I♥PH Agents and will process your application.
- Write an email to sales@iloveph.com and one of our I♥PH Agents will give you a call.
- Fill out the 'Contact Us' form at our website at www.iloveph.com and one of our I♥PH Agents will give you a call.
• How long is the activation period?
The standard lead time for activation is 60 minutes upon confirmation of payment.
• Is there a maximum call duration for this service?
A call duration of 60 minutes applies to all I♥PH calls to prevent line congestion. However since there is no limit to the number of calls you can make, just redial your assigned LAN to resume your call
• Can I use this service with any phone?
Yes, but some US taxes may apply for using pay phones.
